Psychic Ability Explained

What many of us don’t realize is that there are lots of responses to this question as there are more types of psychic abilities than most of us realize.

We have psychic, clairvoyance, medium ship, remote viewing and psychometry, clairaudience and clairsentience to name a few of of the most common talents and techniques that some psychics use when giving a psychic reading or consultation. Some readers apply a combination of these methods to assist there clients. My personal feeling is that we’re all psychic to some degree, however the pros or the people who execute readings seem to be more conscious and receptive to these energies. I feel with the right processes and direction everyone can arouse there own psychic powers and intuition.

Clairvoyance
An individual with this form of psychic ability can ascertain events not manifest to others, like experiencing a visual modality of events or a visual impression about a person or state of affairs. This ability is often compounded with others and is the more common.

Clairsentience
This is the ability to receive impression that are more feeling in nature. A Psychic affiliated with this ability is called an empath as they can experience the emotions of others.

Clairaudience
This is the ability to hear things that are outside the normal auditory sense range. This can be soul who has passed over or a guide in spirit.

Telekinesis (or Psychokinesis)
This is the power to move objects without physical interference. This is a really rare ability and even the greats examples of proof of this ability are questioned in terms of legitimacy.

Psychometry – This is the technique employed by psychics by which they receive energy patterns from a physical object, often metal in origin. It is believed that we have our own electromagnetic attributes and can leave energy impressions, like fingerprints, on owned or touched objects and items. A psychic employing the technique of psychometry may have perceptive enough sensitivity to pick up such energy fields. This is why psychics like to have objects that were a “favorite, or personal item of the subject or the person in question, like a watch or ring, or something that only the target subject generally touched and held. When other people touch physical objects, they tend to leave behind their own energy impression which can distort the reading.

Remote Viewing
This is the ability to see, hear or feel target area locations unknown to the remote viewer. The term remote viewer was first employed by the military as they wished to differentiate it’s practice from the label of psychic. A target is presented blind (meaning no location is revealed prior). Remote Viewing can involve all the psychic senses and is affiliated with the term bi-location which means the viewer can actually experience a ultra- reality, as though they were there at the location with/or at the target.

Most people who are termed as psychic, display a minimum of two or more, distinguishable forms of psychic ability which work effectively in tandem to produce the overall result deemed to be psychic ability. All the abilities and talents listed are often lumped together and referred to simply as psychic ability.
